This policy applies to information processed through this website and Audurite Direct's related internal resale operations. Purchases made through eBay are also subject to eBay's own terms and privacy policy.

When you request a console quote, we may collect your:

• Console type, model, storage, condition, included items, and known issues.
• Optional photographs of the console and accessories.

Photographs may contain metadata created by your camera or device. Do not upload images containing information you do not want us to receive.

Our hosting systems may automatically record limited technical information, such as IP address, browser or device type, requested pages, timestamps, and security events. The quote form also uses a temporary session cookie to provide form security, preserve validation messages, and limit repeated submissions.

Limited marketplace information

When Audurite Direct's eBay integration is authorized, it may process limited order and inventory information needed for reconciliation, such as order and line-item identifiers, SKU, quantity, order dates, and fulfillment status. The system is designed to exclude or discard buyer names, addresses, email addresses, phone numbers, payment details, messages, and other information not needed for inventory reconciliation.

How we use information

We use information to:

• Evaluate an item, prepare an offer, and respond to a quote request.
• Arrange a potential transaction and verify an item during a meetup.
• Prevent spam, fraud, repeated submissions, and misuse of the website.
• Operate, troubleshoot, and secure the website and email systems.
• Reconcile sales with inventory, prevent duplicate processing, and prepare inventory-change proposals that require human approval.
• Maintain records needed for accounting, dispute resolution, security, and legal compliance.

Sharing and disclosure

We may disclose information only as reasonably necessary to:

• Hosting, email, storage, security, and other service providers supporting our operations.
• eBay when using its marketplace or authorized integration services.

The quote form uses a temporary, essential session cookie. It is used for form security, validation, and basic rate limiting—not advertising or behavioral profiling.

Because this website does not sell personal information, share it for targeted advertising, or use advertising trackers, browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals do not change how the website operates. If our practices change, we will update this policy and applicable controls before beginning the new processing.

Storage and retention

Quote details and uploaded photographs are transmitted to an access-controlled Audurite Direct email account. Temporary upload files are handled by the hosting environment during submission. Quote messages, attachments, technical logs, and operational records may be retained as long as reasonably necessary to respond, evaluate or document a transaction, prevent abuse, reconcile inventory, maintain accounting records, resolve disputes, secure our systems, and meet legal obligations. Information is deleted or de-identified when it is no longer reasonably needed for these purposes.

Security

We use reasonable measures intended to protect information, including HTTPS, restricted credentials, input validation, file-type and size limits, access controls, limited marketplace permissions where applicable, bounded data processing, and human approval before inventory changes. No online or storage system can guarantee absolute security.

eBay account-deletion notifications

Audurite Direct maintains an endpoint for eBay marketplace account-deletion and closure notifications. Verified requests are handled according to the data actually retained. If no applicable production user data is stored, the system does not retain a user identity from the notification.

Children's privacy

This website and quote service are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.

Third-party links

This website links to eBay and may link to other third-party services. Their collection and use of information are governed by their own privacy policies, not this policy.

Your privacy choices
